Prenatal Massage

This prenatal massage aims to help momma feel relaxed and decrease stress. Studies have indicated that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, decrease symptoms of depression, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Massage is safe and very beneficial for mom and baby if done safely and correctly.

How does Prenatal Massage work?

My prenatal massage includes techniques that will relax the muscles and mind, encourage movement of trapped fluid, and relieve areas of tension in the neck, low back, hips and legs.  With all the changes happening during pregnancy, a massage could be just what you need.

Prenatal massage focuses 110% on making mom feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. My massage table is wider than the average massage table, providing a solid and wide base to lay on. I offer a pregnancy pillow that is specifically made so that Mom can lay face down and not harm baby. I also offer side lying positions if that’s more comfortable.

My #1 goal is making momma comfortable, so if you have a personal reasonable requests to make this happen, please let me know! (scents, sounds, etc)
