I was born and raised in Northern California, but have lived in Wyoming for the last 22 years, My husband and I have two incredible children and feel lucky to raise them in this community.

I graduated from Healing Arts Institute in 2017, and received their Neuromuscular Rehabilitative Therapist certificate in 2019. The well rounded education I received from HAI, mixed with my continued education in Cupping therapies and Relaxation techniques, informs my practice as a passionate and knowledgeable, yet humble and curious healer. I offer a unique and tranquil massage experience that pulls in a mix of scientific and spiritual that delivers relief to the mind body and soul.
